Vehicle Sales & LMCT Position
Think Auto is not a Licensed Motor Car Trader (LMCT) and does not buy, sell or trade motor vehicles.
All vehicle purchases, sales and trade-ins occur directly between the customer and a licensed LMCT or private vendor.Think Auto’s role is limited to vehicle sourcing support, introductions and finance assistance.
All legal responsibility for the vehicle transaction — including contracts of sale, statutory warranties, PPSR/title checks, roadworthy certificates, vehicle condition, delivery and trade-in values — rests solely with the selling LMCT or vendor. Customers contract directly with the LMCT/vendor, not with Think Auto.

Fees & Commissions
Think Auto may receive a commission from a credit provider if finance is settled.
Think Auto may also receive a referral fee from an LMCT or charge a disclosed service fee for procurement or concierge services.
All fees will be disclosed prior to proceeding and do not increase the advertised vehicle price charged by the LMCT.
